Food Submission Form Custom Fields Settings

The field editor sub-menu under food Listings (WP Admin>> Food Manager >> Field Editor) offers flexibility to edit field labels including Type of data, description, placeholder and more.

The settings include the following:

  • Only for admin: Enable or disable this option to reserve the rights for the admin for filling in the data.
  • Priority: Order priority of the fields.
  • Validation: determine if filling up the data is compulsory.

How to add a new food field to the food submission form?

WP Food Manager allows you to add a food field to the Food Submission Form as per your requirements. To perform the task, you need to pass through the following steps.

  1. Go to WP-admin >> Food Manager >> Field editor >> Add field.
  2. Fill in the desired details of the new field added.
  3. Food Add Field

  4. Save the changes.

How to edit the Food Field?

Using WP Food Manager, you can also make changes to the Food Field, for which you need to take the following steps:

  1. Go to WP-admin >> Food Manager >> Field Editor.
  2. Click on the desired field and make the desired changes.

How to change the Field Priority?

Fields in the Field Editor can be dragged with the bar icons in each field.

How to delete the Food Field?

Users can also delete food fields as per their requirement in WP Food Manager. Here are the steps that users need to take to perform the task:

  1. Go to WP-admin >> Food Manager >> Field Editor.
  2. Click on the cross button that can be seen at the end of each field row.
  3. Fields Delete

  4. Save the changes.
