Steps To Go to the General Settings

Given below are the steps to go to the general settings option:
WP Admin >> Food Manager >> Settings >> General Tab on the left sidebar of the dashboard.

• Food Categories
• Food Types

Food Categories

Using WP Food Manager, you can manage food categories from both sides: frontend and backend.

Follow the given below steps to enable/disable the food categories option from the backend.

1. Go to Food manager >> Settings >> General.



2. A checkbox next to the Food Categories will be there, tick or untick it according to your requirements.



3. Click Save Changes.

Food Types

Using WP Food Manager, you can manage food types from the frontend and backend.

Follow the given below steps to enable/disable the food types option from the backend.

1. Go to Food manager >> Settings >> General.



2. A checkbox is there next to Food Types, tick or untick it according to your requirement.



3. Click Save Changes.

Food Tags

Using WP Food Manager, you can manage food tags from the frontend and backend.

Follow the given below steps to enable or disable the food tags option from the backend.

1. Go to Food manager >> Settings >> General.



2. A checkbox is there next to Food Tags, tick or untick it according to your requirement.



3. Click Save Changes.

Field Editor

Using WP Food Manager, if enabled then the field editor option will display at frontend and manage from the backend.

Follow the given below steps to enable/disable the food field editor option from the backend.

1. Go to Food manager >> Settings >> General.



2. A checkbox is there next to the Field Editor, tick or untick it according to your requirement.



3. Click Save Changes.

How to Manage or Display Out of Stock Foods Items?

Using WP Food Manager, users can manage and update whether to display the out of stock food items or not.

To display/hide ‘Out of Stock’ label on the food items, follow the below-mentioned steps:

1. Go to Food manager >> Settings >> General.



2. You will find two options in front of the Food Items, select an option as per the requirement.



3. Click Save Changes.

How to Delete Food Data on the Uninstallation of the Plugin?

The Delete Data On Uninstall option lets the users choose whether she/he wants to delete the data within the plugin or retain it. If you want to delete the data on uninstallation, then checkmark the box attached to the option; otherwise leave it unchecked to retain the plugin data during uninstallation.

To delete food data on uninstallation, follow the below steps:

1. Go to Food manager >> Settings >> General.



2. Check the box (☑) adjacent to Delete Data On uninstall.



3. Click Save Changes.
